"Our home was custom-built by Broughman Builders. We were thoroughly satisfied with the job from start to finish for a number of reasons. Broughman Builders stays up-to-date on knowledge of new materials and they suggest alternatives to give us the best value home. The sub-contractors are also tops in their respective fields; hard working, courteous, and careful in tidying up as they go. The efforts of all were dependable, honest, on schedule, and a coordination of endeavors to a man. Pride in craftsmanship was evident even on parts of construction that were to be permanently covered up. The details on all woodwork were nicely finished with ends mitered, for example. This is the third home that we have had built and it is the nicest one in every way. Much appreciated, in this experience, was having the house so clean prior to occupancy with all labels removed and windows and floors washed.
