"It is hard to adequately express in words how wonderful our multiple experiences have been with Broughman Builders. We have had Mike and his crew renovate a bathroom, build a laundry room, rebuild 2 large decks, and they are now in the process of modifying an antique bed to accommodate a king size mattress! Not only is the quality of the work outstanding, the quality of the people is just as outstanding. They show up on time, work all day, and come back every day and do it again until the job is done! They are friendly, obviously love what they are doing, and clean up the jobsite every single day to the point that it is even neater sometimes than when they started. Mike also cares about his clients. When they were doing the bathroom, before we realized we could have hired a plumber through him, our well pump burned out on a Saturday. Our plumber of 20 years refused to fix it until Monday. We called Mike and had a new well pump by 1pm...and a new plumber!
From now on, no matter what we need done at our home,we only make one phone call--to Broughman Builders!"

Broughman Builders stays up-to-date on knowledge of new materials and they suggest alternatives to give us the best value home. The sub-contractors are also tops in their respective fields; hard working, courteous, and careful in tidying up as they go. The efforts of all were dependable, honest, on schedule, and a coordination of endeavors to a man. Pride in craftsmanship was evident even on parts of construction that were to be permanently covered up. The details on all woodwork were nicely finished with ends mitered, for example. This is the third home that we have had built and it is the nicest one in every way. Much appreciated, in this experience, was having the house so clean prior to occupancy with all labels removed and windows and floors washed.
